Report any issues as soon as you can: Don't wait for a small problem to become a big one. As soon as you notice something is off, please reach out.

Use the right channels: To get the fastest response, please call us directly at 806-749-1400 and select Option #2 for tech support. If it is after hours, select Option #8 instead. It will prompt you to leave a message and you will receive a call back shortly.

Provide details: The more information you can provide—screenshots, error messages, specific times or dates and a description of what happened the faster we can diagnose and resolve the issue.
