101: NCR Terminal Basics
Follow the steps below for helpful NCR/Aloha terminal troubleshooting tips.
Do you see anything on the screen?
Check for power cable plugged into the terminal correctly and wall outlet.
Unplug the terminal power cable on the wall and connect to a different wall outlet if needed.
If no power, try a different power supply cable from a working terminal.
Screen on but no Network Connection?
Check the back of the terminal for ethernet connection.
If you do not see a green light on, check the network port to make sure it is plugged in correctly as well the ethernet wall port.
