Storm Season Is Here — Is Your Restaurant Ready?

Power outages can happen unexpectedly, and they can disrupt internet, POS terminals, kitchen displays, printers, credit card processing, and more.

Stay ahead of the storm with a solid backup plan! Here’s how:

Protect Your Business with These Essentials:

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

  • Make sure your UPS has enough capacity to shut down your equipment safely.

Data Backup

  • Use an external hard drive or a secure online backup service.

Paper & Pen Backup

  • Stock up on paper tickets, pens, and calculators for manual operations.

Cash Drawer Key Access

  • Make sure management knows where the cash drawer key is stored.

Manual Reboot Protocol

  • If the equipment doesn’t restart automatically, be prepared to manually reboot the system.

Proactive Planning = Smoother Operations

Storms can be unpredictable, but your restaurant doesn't have to be.

Thank you for trusting us to help keep your business running strong, rain or shine!

The Friendly Face Behind the Emails Says Goodbye

If you've received a monthly email from Trinity Technologies, scheduled a demo, or had help exploring POS solutions, you've likely connected with Beatriz, our Business Developer — and the friendly voice behind so many of those check-ins and follow-ups.

With a background in interior design and social services, Beatriz brought a unique and people-centered perspective to the world of point-of-sale. Over the past three years, she’s helped countless restaurant owners navigate their goals, explore new technology, and feel supported through every step of the process.

Now, Beatriz is off to start a new chapter as she relocates to Albuquerque with her little family. While we’re sad to see her go, we’re incredibly proud of everything she’s brought to the team and grateful for the difference she’s made.

Here’s a final note from Beatriz:

"Working at Trinity has been such a meaningful part of my journey. I’ve learned so much about the restaurant industry — from the technology behind it to the people who pour their hearts into it every day. I’ll truly miss sending out my monthly emails and connecting with restaurant owners as they build their dreams.

Thank you to everyone I’ve had the chance to meet, and to the Trinity team for giving me this opportunity."

Wishing Beatriz all the best as she heads into her next adventure — Albuquerque, they’re lucky to have her!

Even though we’ll miss Beatriz, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Joe Baker in the interim with any questions regarding your hardware or software upgrades. He can be reached at joe@trinitytex.com.

Thank you for your continued support and your business — we truly appreciate it!
