Wrap Up the Year with These Smart Tips

As we approach the end of the year, please consider the following important tips from your point of sale provider:

  • If you have acquired any hardware throughout the year, it is advisable to report it as a tax write-off by April 15, 2025.

  • Following the holiday season, we recommend carefully evaluating the condition of your hardware cables. It is important to replace any damaged adapters and cables, and to clean the area around and beneath your equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

  • Should you change your internet service provider, please contact us promptly to update your IP address. This is vital, as an incorrect IP address may impact our ability to provide effective remote assistance.

  • When prompted to update your Windows desktop, we advise against opting for automatic updates, as this may adversely affect the performance of your point-of-sale system.
