Meet Our Wonderful Office Manager

Introducing our wonderful office manager, Rebecca Vazquez. We affectionally call her Ms. Becky around the office.  She is the voice you hear accepting payments, discussing invoices, or answering your questions about your account.

 
 

 Ms.  Becky is a proud U.S. veteran that served for 12 years in the Air Force. She has been a part of Trinity Technologies  team since 2018. We are extremely lucky and beyond thankful to have Ms. Becky as a part of our family. If you have any questions regarding your invoice or need to update account information, please contact Ms. Becky.  She will not hesitate to assist you in anyway possible.

Aloha Technical Tip: Rebooting Your Aloha Server

 
 

 Terminals and the back office Aloha server run 365 days 24/7, it is important to reboot the Aloha server to restore system resources.

 Tips:

  • Set-up a Reboot Process

  • Reboot at least once a week
